  • IS PHOTOGRAPHY INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOOKING?

    Photography is not included within the booking please advise if you would like photography included. We can also recommend a full creative team including styling and H&MU

  • where can i park?

    Directly opposite the studio all the way along to the river is free parking! Directly outside the building parking is 50p per hour. Let us know when you arrive if you need a hand bringing anything up!

  • do you have a cancellation policy?

    You are able to cancel up to 5 days prior to your booking with a full refund given. If cancelled after that the booking is none refundable but you can move your shoot date to a suitable day

  • what happens if i damage something?

    The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages or damages caused to the studio or equipment by them or any other shoot visitor. The client will pay any costs if this occurs. By booking the studio the client is agreeing to the above terms.

  • what is included in the booking?

    Booking includes full use of the studio and all it’s contents. Lights, backdrops and props are all available to use during your time at Quay Studio. We also advise to specify what lighting you require when booking via email so we can set this up ready. This is an added extra we offer so you can make full use of your creative time in the studio.

  • How do I book?

    Email info@quay-studio.co.uk with your preferred date and time slot.

    Once your shoot date is chosen we will email you an invoice which is to be received in full to secure your booking.

    If this is not received within 48 hours from receipt of the email your booking is not confirmed.

    Available by the hour, half day or full day

    Half Day 9-1 or 1-5

    Full Day 9-5
